Falconer Heights is a larger and more suburban community located centrally in the Old Riverbend district. It is situated just south of Rhatigan Ridge and is bordered by Riverbend Road and Terwillegar Drive. This neighborhood has many single family, town homes and multi-family houses for sale, all of which are situated on well portioned shared lots. This area leans more towards manicured landscaping, but uses forested areas to accentuate the historic feel of the section.
