    Description

    The executive, upscale community of Patricia Height can be found to the south of Whitemud Drive in the greater Jasper Place area of west Edmonton. This section of the city is primarily residential and rural in feel. The ambience is partially due to the southern border of the community being formed by the Patricia Ravine and Rio Park. These features make the development popular with outdoor enthusiasts, as recreation such as hiking and creek fishing may be pursued.

    This community has mostly single family homes for sale, which sit on well sized private lots. As Quesnell Heights is bordered by Whitemud Drive to the north and the North Saskatchewan River to the south, many of the homes also enjoy a riverfront property and incredible views.     Both the West Edmonton Mall and the Meadowlark Shopping Centre are within a kilometer of this residential community, and these provide basic amenities as well as recreation. Further attractions to Quesnell Heights include Old Fort Edmonton across the river and the Edmonton Zoo which is just to the east.

    Quesnell Heights is an ideal living space for families and single professionals who enjoy a more rustic living space that also affords city amenities. A bus stop on 149th Street links people with public transportation, while Whitemud Drive gives car access to the city and adjoining areas.
