    Elmwood Park is one of the smaller communities within the greater NAIT area and is situated near the north east side of this suburb. It is bounded by Yellowhead Trail to the north and Fort Road to the east, and has a roughly rectangular space of less than one square kilometer. This residential section is surrounded by business and industrial parks, so people in Elmwood Park are able to enjoy a peaceful living space that is still close to many activities and recreation areas.

    Homes for sale in Elmwood Park are mainly single family structures and duplexes. Much of the development in this established neighborhood occurred during the construction boom in the mid 1900’s. Lot sizes for this sector are fairly generous and the use of forested landscaping and trees makes the environment very suburban in appearance.
