Pleasantview Houses For Sale - Edmonton, AB
Pleasantview is one of the larger communities in the University of Alberta area and is located to the south east within the greater University region. This area is actually comprised of two sections, one of which was incorporated into Edmonton in the early 1900’s and the western section of the community did not become an official township until the 1940’s. This is part of the reason as to why the street plan differs so greatly within the community.
The eastern portion of Pleasantview has a more traditional grid pattern, while the western side follows an open street plan.
